Bring a display table and chair(s). Display table maximum size is 3’x6’ and please keep aisles clear.
Outdoor exhibits need to provide their own tents and be prepared for weather conditions and helicopter arrival/departure.
Booth must be in place and ready for business no later than 8:45am, Saturday, May 21st, 2022.
A representative should be present at the booth from opening until the end of the health fair at 1 pm.
Please let me know if you would be interested in a 10–15-minute slot to talk about your booth at a podium with a microphone and speaker, we will have a total of 10 slots available for this.
