• Register early to ensure your spot. Deadline is May 6^th, 2024. Limit of 20 booths inside, first come first serve.
• Bring a display table and chair(s). Display table maximum size is 3’x6’ and please keep aisles clear.
• Outdoor exhibits need to provide their own tents and be prepared for weather conditions and helicopter arrival/departure.
• Booth must be in place and ready for business no later than 8:30am, Saturday, May 18th, 2024.
• A representative should be present at the booth from opening until the end of the health fair at 12 pm.
• Please let me know if you would be interested in a 10–15-minute slot to talk about your booth at a podium with a microphone and speaker, we will have a total of 10 slots available for this.
