Primary Care Providers
Boundary Community Clinics’ primary care providers are caring professionals focused on whole-person care that inspires health and wellness. By scheduling an appointment with a member of our team, you’ll be connected to the services you need to continue living a healthier, fuller life with care that’s tailored specifically to you.
The goal of primary care is to connect you personally with a doctor who gets to know you; to partner with you on determining your path to your best health. Your primary care provider can also guide you toward the proper treatment based on what’s happening today and what’s been going on in your life over time.
Our providers offer a wide range of primary care services to meet your family’s needs.
Some of our services provided include, but are not limited to:
- Family Medicine: adolescents, teens, young adults, adults and seniors.
- Same Day Appointments: Cough, Cold, Flu, Minor Cuts and Injuries
- Behavioral Health
- Disease screening
- Diabetes, asthma, hypertension, and other chronic disease management
- Specialty referrals
- Elective Procedures
- Women’s Health (Annual Exams, Contraceptive Management, etc.)
- Physicals (Annual wellness, Preventative, Sports, Pre-employment, & DOT)
Boundary Community Clinics is a Primary Care Physician practice owned and operated by Boundary Community Hospital. The Clinics were established to better serve the rural community in Boundary County. As with any primary care practice, the doctor, physician assistant, and nurse practitioner work as a team to provide outpatient primary care, pediatrics, and basic laboratory services. Located in the Lucero Medical Services Building at 6641 Kaniksu Street, we are right across from the main entrance to the hospital. Since the Clinic is part of the hospital, you have convenient access to outpatient services and laboratory testing when your physician prescribes for it.

Please allow us 48 hours for a medication refill. Please be assured that we are here to serve your needs and
