All submissions are reviewed by our Recognition Committee and routed to the appropriate program so each act of excellence is honored in a meaningful way.
Our Awards
Every day at Boundary Community Hospital, our employees show up with compassion, professionalism, and a deep commitment to caring for our community. Their actions create moments that matter for patients, families, coworkers, and visitors. We invite patients, families, coworkers, and community members to share stories of BCH employees who went above and beyond, whether through exceptional care, meaningful service, teamwork, or actions that promoted safety. Each submission is carefully reviewed by our Recognition Committee and directed to the appropriate program to ensure every act of excellence is honored in a meaningful way.

The SPARK of the Month award celebrates employees who make a positive impact through kindness, teamwork, innovation, or service. This recognition highlights individuals who improve the patient or visitor experience, support their coworkers, enhance safety, or consistently live out BCH’s SPARK values in their daily work.

The DAISY Award is a nationally recognized program that honors nurses who demonstrate outstanding clinical skill, compassionate care, and a deep commitment to patients and families. BCH is proud to participate in this program to recognize the critical role nurses play in healing, comfort, and advocacy.
