As soon as I arrived, the staff helped me get situated and comfortable. It was wonderful to be at BCH for rehabilitation services, where I had access to all their supportive services, following a major event like I experienced. Dr. Diehl patiently discussed my case and care plan, and the nurses and aides answered all my questions, putting me at ease. The wonderful staff introduced me to various activities available, such as music hour, Popcorn Tuesday, games, puzzles, and enjoying the outdoor porch with a view. Petra, the physical therapist, was exceptional. Overall, my experience was fantastic, allowing me to relax and heal without stress. I extend my gratitude to the rehab staff, Dr. Diehl, Dr. Botkin, the ED team, nurses, aides, phlebotomists, radiology, and everyone else for their kindness and care. Dr. Diehl patiently discussed my case and care plan. The nurses and aides answered all of my questions putting me at ease. The staff were all wonderful. Had to make a trip to the ER today. The staff are amazing! So compassionate and kind! Not something anyone wants to do... but if you do have to go to the ER, this team makes it so much better! Thanks for all you do!

The radiology staff are helpful, courteous, and go above and beyond to ensure patient needs are met. Excellent care was given and in an expedient way. Thank you radiology team!

I wasn’t sure what was happening, but something was wrong and I knew it. Went to the emergency at the hospital, Kim at the front desk asked me what was going on. I told her I think I’m having a Stroke, before I could even turn around I was in the emergency room where I swear all the important staff at the hospital started arriving, doing what they do best. I’m so thankful for the treatment I received and for all the wonderful people at our hospital. Thank you for all you do!
